If you have a voltmeter and a friend - measure the voltage at the small wire on the solenoid to ground & have your friend turn the key. If you have 11V or more and nothing happens the solenoid is bad. If you have less than 11V check the wiring between the switch and the solenoid (nuetral switch, loose/dirty/oxidized connections).
