So yes; going too high in the Restoration loop will crash the game if you try to enchant a really OP Armor or gear. I will need to make several Enchanting potions at maybe 400% and see if my gear can at least get some better stats, but I think 200% Bow damage should one shot everything. Once you do that, put on the item then make a fortify enchanting potion. Drink it, then enchant more fortify alchemy gear. Repeat.
