May 14, 2019 · Email stuck in outbox - office 365. I have started using office 365 on a new computer and my emails are getting stuck in the outbox in outlook. The only thing which frees them up and gets them sent is closing and reopening outlook. The issue is not related to small, large or no attachments in mail. It happens when replying to all mail. .
